You can reach us by telephone and WhatsApp at the following times. Short-notice requests are usually easier to arrange on weekdays and Saturdays, as we are available for a shorter time on Sundays.

•         WhatsApp – ideal for sending photos of your furniture and getting a quick answer.

•         Telephone – suitable for urgent dates and quick questions about our service.

•         Email – a good choice if you prefer to describe the job in writing or have several pieces to remove.

The more precise your request, the faster and more accurately we can answer. If possible, please tell us:

•         What you want removed – for example a corner sofa, a sofa bed or an armchair, ideally with a photo.

•         Where it is – your address and the floor, including whether there is a lift or narrow stairs.

•         When – your preferred date, for example before a move, during a renovation or when a new sofa arrives.
